Before you start

You need access to the Bol.com seller account with rights to manage API settings.

Step 1: create API credentials at Bol.com

  1. Sign in to your Bol.com seller account and go to Settings, Services, API settings.
  2. Fill in the technical contact first, if Bol.com asks for it.
  3. Under Client credentials for the Retailer API, click Create and name it "Metrara". Use the Retailer API, not the Advertising API.
  4. Copy the Client ID.
  5. Click Show secret and copy the secret.

Step 2: paste them in Metrara

  1. Go to Manage, choose your business and open Access keys. Client users: open Connections.
  2. In the Bol.com block, paste the Client ID and click Save.
  3. Paste the Client secret and click Save.

What you see after connecting

Under E-commerce, Bol.com:

  • Revenue, orders, items sold and revenue after commission.
  • Revenue per day and your best-selling products.
  • Amounts include VAT, as Bol.com provides them.

When do I see data?

Metrara fetches your orders every night. The first time it goes back three months, because Bol.com doesn't keep orders longer than that. Agency users can click Fetch now in the Bol.com tab to fetch right away.
