You sell results, not your Friday spent on reports
Metrara brings all your clients together in one dashboard, with a portal in your branding and reports that write themselves. So you keep time for the work your client actually pays you for.
Up to 25 clients · one invoice · all tools included
Your reporting writes itself
Metrara brings all your clients together in one dashboard and writes the monthly report from it in plain language: what moved, why and the next step. You review, add your own take and send. For a client with several businesses you make one combined report.
Your client follows along, in your branding
Every business gets a free read-only portal in your branding: your name, colour and logo sit in the top bar, in your reports and in the emails to your client. You choose per client which tabs are visible; Profitability, Clients, Calendar and Planning always stay hidden.
You know what you earn per client
Log hours with a timer or afterwards, set rates and budgets and see your margin and yield per hour per client. A budget filling up turns orange and then red, with an email at 100 percent. Individual costs you pass on or not, with a receipt.
Do the math for yourself
Agency owners think in billable hours. Set your clients, reporting hours and rate below and see what reporting costs you per month right now.
Start with one client
You don’t have to move your whole portfolio to judge this. During your trial, connect one client (three integrations, ten minutes or so) and see what the monthly report looks like. The rest follows once you’re convinced.
Switching doesn’t mean dropping your current tools on day one. Metrara only reads, so your existing reports keep working while you compare. From the first night on, Metrara builds its own history, even where the source doesn’t keep one.
Clients hardly notice. They receive an invitation to their own portal and from then on see the same dashboard you see, without the settings. Access you already have to Google, Meta or the shop doesn’t need to be set up again.
If you get stuck, we help. We moved fifteen clients ourselves and know where it goes wrong: missing permissions, the wrong property or a shop without an API key yet. Usually one email solves it.
One plan, up to 25 clients*, one predictable invoice
Everything from this story, plus a free portal per client and priority support. Built by an agency that runs its own clients on it every day. Above 25 businesses we make a custom price.

Frequently asked questions for agencies
Can’t find your question? Feel free to get in touch before you begin.
Yes. Under your own business you log hours with a timer or afterwards, set rates and budgets and see your margin and yield per hour per client, with hours reports as PDF or CSV.
Most agencies replace several separate tools with it, from rank tracker to reporting tool and time tracking. With a handful of clients the subscription is often already earned back, and you gain time on reporting on top.
In the portal your name, colour and logo sit at the top, and your reports and emails go out in your branding too. Metrara isn’t in the foreground there. Do be aware that your client currently logs in via a Metrara address; a custom (sub)domain for the portal is on the roadmap.
Up to 25 businesses under one plan of € 249 per month, on one bill. Above 25 businesses we make a custom price; feel free to get in touch.
Yes. Your name, colour and logo are in the top bar for clients, in your reports and in the emails to your clients. The weekly briefing also goes out in your branding.
Every client gets one free read-only seat; an extra seat costs € 3 per month. An extra team member for your agency costs € 10 per month.
Per business you choose which tabs are visible, by default including Numbers, Goals, E-commerce, SEO, SEA and Tasks. Profitability, Clients, Calendar and Planning stay hidden always, even via the URL. Your client has read-only access, but does join in on Tasks, the SEO work list and Campaigns.
Tomorrow you’ll know what to do
