1. Ask a question

  1. Click Metri at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Type your question in Ask your question….
  3. Press Enter or click Send. Use Shift+Enter for a new line.

2. What Metri knows

  • The tabs, sub-tabs and the Manage and Settings screens of Metrara.
  • Your situation: one business or several, and the names of your businesses.
  • Your first name, if you set it in Settings.
  • During setup, the step you are on. Metri opens once per step with an explanation.

Metri does not see your figures. For a question about your own data, Metri tells you which tab to open.

3. What Metri does not do

  • Metri changes nothing: no settings, data, tasks, clients or calendar items. Ask Metri to change something and it tells you where to do it yourself.
  • Metri does not fetch data or run analyses. Use the buttons on the tabs for that. See Analyze with AI.
  • Metri stays on topic. Questions unrelated to the dashboard, marketing or working efficiently are politely declined.

Metri can make mistakes. Check important answers in the dashboard.

4. For client users

Client users see a welcome message the first time. Metri explains what they see and where to find it. For changes or new data, Metri refers them to their agency.

5. Send a tip or idea

  • Type your tip or idea in the question field.
  • Click Tip or idea? Send it in!
  • Metri confirms: "Thanks, your tip has been passed along."

The message goes to the Metrara team. Keep it under 4000 characters. When the team replies, you receive an email.

6. Limits and cost

  • Asking Metri costs no credits.
  • Up to 10 questions per minute and 150 per day per account. Above that you see a message and can try again later.
  • Metri uses the last 12 messages of the conversation as context. When you reload the page, the conversation starts over.

7. Privacy

Your questions may be saved to improve Metrara. Only the question is saved, not Metri's answer. Don't share passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.
