Metri is the assistant built into Metrara. Ask Metri how something works, what a figure means or where to find something.
Where to find Metri
Click Metri at the bottom right of the screen. A chat window opens.
What you can ask
- How something works: "How do I connect Google Analytics?"
- What a figure means: "What is a good click-through rate?"
- Where to find something: "Where do I see my best-selling products?"
- A tip: "What should I improve first?"
During setup Metri also explains each step of the checklist.
What Metri writes for you
Under Actions, Metri writes blog posts, ads and other texts. Metri uses the tone of voice you set under Manage, Tone of voice. See Tell Metrara how you sound.
Send a tip or idea
Missing something in Metrara? In the Metri window, click Tip or idea? Send it in!, type your idea and send it. It goes straight to the Metrara team.

Your questions to Metri may be saved to improve Metrara. Don't share passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.
