The more sources you connect, the more complete your dashboard becomes.
1. Where to connect
- Click Manage at the top of the screen.
- Choose your business and open Access keys.
- Each source has its own block with a button or a short explanation.
2. Which sources to connect first
Start with these. They give you the most insight in the least time.
- Google (Analytics and Search Console): visitors, where they come from and how you rank in Google. Click Continue with Google and choose your Analytics property and Search Console site. See Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Your website or webshop:
- WordPress or WooCommerce: install the Metrara plugin and connect it with a pairing code. See WordPress plugin.
- Shopify: install Metrara from Shopify and connect your store. See Shopify.
- Your ads, if you advertise: Google Ads and Meta Ads. See Google Ads and Meta.
After that you can add social media, email marketing, Bing and more. All sources are listed under Integrations.
3. Good to know
- Metrara only reads. It never posts, changes budgets or edits your website.
- You don't need to share passwords. You log in with the platform itself and give Metrara read access.
- A connection counts once access is given. The checklist moves on as soon as every source you chose has access.
- History is fetched automatically. When you connect a new source, Metrara fetches up to two years of history in the background.
